The 2019 California Wildfire Legislation (AB 1054, AB 111 and AB 1514) provides for the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) to act as the Interim Administrator* of the California Wildfire Fund until the selection of a permanent Administrator by the California Catastrophe Response Council (Council).​
